What documents should I provide before my appointment?

- Any prior C&P exam reports
- Service treatment records (if available)
- A copy of your current claim or appeal
- Relevant medical or mental health records
How long does the evaluation take?
Most mental health evaluations take 60–90 minutes. Additional time may be needed for record review and documentation.
Are appointments virtual or in-person?
I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual appointments for your convenience. In-person sessions may be available upon request in select locations.
Do you accept insurance?
Our services are independent and not covered by insurance or the VA. Payment is due at the time of service.
